hoop direction occasional backward
hmm well as it happens whether the ring reports the incorrect direction appears to be repeatable, if the same hoop is placed over and over again, moved a little bit, etc.,, the ring will still always and every single time report as the wrong direction. placing a ring in the same spot on a different set of rings does not result in the ring having an issue,, when it is alone it reports correctly.
It appears at present that the only solution is to build-race through the course, and once you find a flipped hoop,, the player must switch to spaysmode, connect to the ring and manually rotate it around, and then go back and restart the course. Deleting and replacing the hoop, moving it somewhere else, or placing a new one and then moving it into place all seem to not work to fix that one hoop being flipped. The best solution I have found so far, unfortunately , is to manually rotate the hoop upon discovery.
I'm not a programmer but it does not appear as though there is a correlatable physics behavior, as the hoop being flipped simply appears to be a result of the course itself, and not of the hoop placement,, as placing a hoop somewhere else to fly in after building through it still results in error.
